At Golden Myanmar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

Time Limit: You may return any products purchased through our website within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and with all tags and labels attached.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Refund Methods: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for your refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your account.
